Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Program Coordinator Advocacy opportunities in Remote. This is an excellent opportunity to join an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It provides applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics, artificial intelligence, and application development. Program Coordinator Advocacy sounds like something you would be interested in, and if you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!

Must-Have Skills

ยท Basic Salesforce CRM

ยท Strong organizational & project coordination skills โ€” juggling simultaneous story workflows, approvals, and event logistics across many stakeholders

ยท Clear written communication โ€” drafting customer-facing FYI/approval emails, internal status updates, and slack follow-ups independently

ยท Spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets / Excel) โ€” the team relies heavily on shared customer story inventory trackers

ยท Comfort with data quality work โ€” auditing records, flagging discrepancies, resolving duplicates

Teachable Skills

ยท Reference Edge โ€” preferred but learnable on the job; the team can train someone patient and process-oriented

ยท Reference program mechanics โ€” how to match advocates, track usage, prevent fatigue; learnable with good onboarding

ยท Customer approval/FYI workflows โ€” the nuances of when to request vs. notify are team-specific and easy to train

ยท Event logistics coordination โ€” manageable for someone with general project coordination experience

ยท Salesforce reporting & dashboards โ€” if they know the platform at a basic level, building advocacy-specific views is trainable

Optional (Nice-to-Have):

ยท Basic understanding of PR or media relations processes (given the quote sourcing and press coordination work)

ยท Familiarity with data/tech industry terminology โ€” helps when working with product marketing on stories about MDM, AI, data governance, etc.

Responsibilities

ยท Advocacy Program Support: Assist with sourcing and maintaining the customer advocate pipeline. Support 1:1 reference requests, track usage, and help maintain accurate customer attributes in the reference database.

ยท Content & Asset Coordination: Support the workflow for customer success stories and other advocacy assets from initiation through publication. Coordinate across internal teams to keep projects moving.

ยท Speaker & Event Support: Assist with speaker list management, outreach coordination, and logistics support for events.

ยท File & Data Migration: Support the migration of advocacy-related files, records, and assets across platforms and systems. Document migration workflows and flag data quality issues.

ยท Database & Program Audits: Conduct regular audits of the reference database and advocacy program records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards. Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or missing records.

ยท Process Documentation: Help document and maintain standard operating procedures for both program and data management activities.
