Job description

Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of commercial agreements (NDAs, CDAs, Master Service Agreements, etc.) Analyze potential risks associated with contract terms and identify mitigation strategies Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure compliance with terms, track performance metrics, and address any contractual issues or disputes. Work proactively to renew or amend contracts as needed Act as a primary point of contact for the contracting team with clients and internal stakeholders Partner closely with Legal, Business Development, Risk, Operations and Finance for complex contract escalations as required Maintain a comprehensive contract repository, including contract documents, amendments, and relevant details pertaining to service lines

Education / Experience

BS with >5 years experience in contracts administrator role, including reviewing NDAs, CDAs, Master Services Agreements, and RFIs or JD with 2-5 years experience in contracts administrator role, including reviewing NDAs, CDAs, Master Services Agreements, and RFIs (preferred) Experience in a life sciences industry preferred
