Cadent is seeking a sales executive specialized in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare category. The Cadent Health sales executive will be responsible for continuing and creating new sales momentum nationally among brand direct and agency clients within the Health vertical, inclusive of pharmaceutical, healthcare, and hospitals. This candidate should have experience in the digital media space selling HCP and DTC digital media solutions to brand and agency clients. The ideal candidate should be highly strategic, consultative and driven with a proven record of revenue of performance and the ability to build/scale a book.

We're open to candidates at the Account Executive, Sr Account Executive, or Sales Director level. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify new revenue opportunities; drive account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present and evangelize the Cadent Health platform and value proposition to agencies and brands by walking through detailed capabilities presentations as well as demos of our solutions.
  • Own extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshooting of obstacles to promote client satisfaction; develop and improve executive level relationships within named account(s).
  • Promote the Cadent Health client relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions and services offered.
  • Set sales strategy and achieve quarterly / annual goals.
  • Drive contract negotiations for business in support of new sales, account growth and contract renewals.
  • Experience selling enterprise-level SaaS solutions in the digital ad space.
  • Create value and differentiate our services/products from competitors.
  • Collaborate with strategy and account management teams and provide real-time feedback to product teams.
  • Own revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensure accuracy of sales entries.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently to find new accounts and grow existing ones.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from accredited 4-year institution.
  • 3+ years digital media & SaaS/enterprise sales experience.
  • Highly familiar with the DSP and programmatic space as well as ad agency ecosystem.
  • Experience selling nationally to brand direct and agency clients, within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical vertical.
  • Proven sales track record selling HCP and DTC solutions to Pharma and agency clients.
  • Excellent and polished presentation and communication abilities including the ability to communicate complicated technical concepts and features to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptionally collaborative team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly strategic and solution-oriented with the ability to evaluate problems and drive successful outcomes.
  • Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Well organized with a proven ability to multitask on large number of unrelated tasks at a single time.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude and ability to take the initiative to get the job done.
Eligibility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs. In addition to the posted base salary, sales roles are eligible for uncapped performance-based commission. Target commission opportunities vary by role and may represent up to 100% of base salary, depending on the applicable sales compensation plan.
