Hybrid Corporate Associate Responsibilities
- 4-8 years experience focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Emerging Companies, Venture Capital or Corporate Law practice groups at a top-tier law firm.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex corporate and financing transactions, including company formation, SAFEs, preferred stock funding rounds, and comprehensive general corporate governance.
- Directly counsel founders, CEOs, and Boards of Directors across a diverse portfolio of industries (e.g., AI/ML, Digital Health, Fintech), acting as outside general counsel from pre-seed to pre-IPO stage.
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
