Executive Reproductive Health professionals are leaders and managers who oversee programs, policies, or organizations focused on reproductive health services. They work to ensure efficient delivery of reproductive healthcare, advocate for reproductive rights, and manage resources and staff in clinics, nonprofits, or governmental agencies. Their responsibilities may include strategic planning, policy development, fundraising, and public education. These professionals often collaborate with medical teams, policymakers, and community organizations to address reproductive health challenges and improve outcomes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an executive reproductive health?

To thrive as an Executive in Reproductive Health, you need expertise in healthcare management, reproductive health policies, and a relevant advanced degree such as an MPH, MHA, or MD. Familiarity with health information systems, regulatory compliance tools, and accreditation standards is typically required. Strong leadership, strategic vision, and stakeholder communication skills set top performers apart in this field. These skills and qualities are important to drive impactful programs, ensure regulatory adherence, and lead organizations dedicated to reproductive health outcomes.

Job description

Overview

Cadent ignites seamless connections between brands, publishers & consumers. Our predictive AI orchestrates outcomes on any platform customers are on, across any media they consume & at any stage of the journey. To learn more, please visit Cadent.com.

At Cadent, you won’t sell a single product — you’ll sell a platform. Linear TV, Converged TV, AI-powered programmatic, YouTube contextual — all under one roof. As a Sales Director covering New York City Metro Area, you’ll use that full toolkit to build media strategies that independent agencies and brands can’t get from a one-trick DSP.

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a significant book of business across independent agency and brand-direct channels, spanning Tier I–III accounts (Crossmedia, BarkleyOKRP, Lughthouse, Brunner, etc.)
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new logos while expanding revenue within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell across all three product lines.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships at agencies and brands—you’re the strategic advisor, not just the seller.
  • Lead consultative discovery to align Cadent’s converged TV, programmatic, and YouTube capabilities to client business outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Product, and leadership to drive client satisfaction and renewals.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years selling digital media or AdTech solutions (programmatic, CTV, linear TV, or YouTube)—managed service and self-service experience strongly preferred.
  • Established relationships with agencies and/or brands in the NYC metro market—you have a network you can activate on day one.
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a hunter/farmer hybrid role.
  • Fluency in the converged TV and programmatic landscape—you can speak to identity, measurement, audience strategy, and brand safety without a cheat sheet.
  • Polished communicator and presenter—comfortable in a room with CMOs and VPs of Media alike.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, territory ownership, and minimal hand-holding.

Eligibility:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Health & Wellbeing
  • Inclusive health, dental, and vision plans built to support diverse lifestyles
  • Enhanced support for reproductive health, family planning, and new parents
  • Employer contribution to HSA
  • Voluntary Benefits: Pet Insurance, LegalEase Legal Assistance, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident coverages
  • Generous and inclusive paid parental leave
  • Mental health support and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Free access to the Calm App
  • Monthly Wellness reimbursement
  • Special discounts through LifeMart and Plum Benefits
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy and company breaks
  • 11 observed Federal holidays
  • Summer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Inclusion & Belonging
  • Employee Resource Groups that foster connection and community
  • DEI programming and initiatives
  • Company-sponsored events to bring employees together
  • Offices across the U.S., including Manhattan, Philadelphia, and San Jose
Financial & Security
  • 401(k) participation with discretionary employer match
  • Life, Short-term, and Long-term Disability coverage
  • Cell phone and WiFi stipend
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Access to certified financial coaches and planning tools
Values
  • Passionate. We are inspired partners.
  • Purposeful. We create with intention.
  • Curious. We discover what’s possible.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.
