THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide high-level support to members of Cyera's leadership team. This role combines traditional executive support with some personal assistance responsibilities, helping executives operate efficiently and maximize their impact on the company's top priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. They are capable of operating at both the strategic level and the tactical level of day to day responsibilities. They are passionate about leveraging AI and automation to increase productivity, streamline workflows, and generate actionable business insights.
This position is based in New York City and requires regular in-person availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive & Personal Support
  • Manage and optimize highly dynamic executive calendars, including coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence management, email drafting, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and track deadlines, strategic initiatives, and key business objectives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, team offsites, customer events, and company gatherings.
  • Manage complex travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursement requests.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and operational documentation.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities
  • Assist with select personal administrative matters for executives, including scheduling personal appointments, managing reservations, coordinating services, and handling other logistics as needed.
  • Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they become obstacles.

AI, Automation & Business Intelligence
  • Leverage AI tools to improve executive productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline operational processes.
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, agents, and AI-powered systems that increase efficiency across executive operations.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools and productivity technologies.
  • Use AI tools to extract, organize, and synthesize business intelligence from multiple internal and external sources to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that reduce manual work and improve information flow across the organization.

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar support role, preferably in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows. This is a required qualification.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity/project management platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Ability to thrive amid ambiguity, rapidly changing priorities, and a fast-moving business environment.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000.
The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
This compensation range represents Cyera's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera's sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee's work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera's business and other operational considerations.
Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
