The Chief Financial Officer will lead a talented finance team offour professionals and partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to help guide the credit union's financial strategy, growth, and long‑term success.

Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. The CFO provides strategic leadership for accounting, treasury, financial reporting, business intelligence, capital planning, liquidity management, investments, and asset/liability management while ensuring the organization's long‑term financial strength.

This role extends beyond financial oversight. The CFO will help shape the credit union's future by aligning financial strategy with organizational priorities, supporting digital transformation, strengthening data‑driven decision‑making, and balancing growth, risk, and member value. The successful candidate will translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights that support sound strategic decisions across the organization.

Can We Grow Together?

The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative financial executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, and enterprise financial management. Financial institution experience is required, with direct credit union experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced professional designation is preferred. Beyond technical expertise, this leader will bring sound business judgment, acts with authentic altruism, a commitment to developing people, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
