Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant
Location: Plano, Texas (On-site) | Airspan Networks
About Airspan
Airspan Networks is a leading global provider of 4G and 5G wireless network solutions. As Airspan continues to expand its North American operations and headquarters presence in Plano, Texas, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support office operations and members of the Executive Leadership Team.
Position Summary
This highly visible role combines executive support and office administration responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Airspan's Plano headquarters. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex Outlook calendars for Executive Leadership Team members, including scheduling, prioritization, conflict resolution, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for executives.
  • Prepare, review, and submit executive expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, customers, and incoming calls.
  • Coordinate meetings, boardroom scheduling, catering, visitor management, and event logistics.
  • Support the Office Manager with vendor coordination, facilities maintenance, and office operations.
  • Monitor office supplies, snacks, beverages, and workplace services.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and managing executive calendars.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation.
  • High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • U.S. Citizen and able to work on-site daily in Plano, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Experience in a technology, telecommunications, or corporate headquarters environment.
  • Experience coordinating events, vendor relationships, and facilities activities.
