Appointment Setter (ASAP START)

Inside Sales Representative/appt setter (No retail sales)

Location: Libertyville, IL – This position is onsite

Pay: Year 1 On target year 1- $90,000, uncapped commission
Paid training, $31,200 yearly, ($15 hr) and sign-on bonus at 60 days ($750)
Commission paid every 10 days (after training for one week, eligible for commission)

Sample biweekly hourly pay at 90 days: $48.00 per hour for that pay period- this includes the base hourly pay and the commission. (Can earn $250 a day in commission)

Type: Direct hire

Start date: June, 2026

Typical schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ; Saturdays are Required - will have off either Monday or Friday.
Saturday department hours either 8-4pm CST or 10-7pm CST

Training; 1 week 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST

  1. Make outbound calls (typical talk time 3-5 minutes) using an automated dialer to connect with homeowners who have requested information
  2. Take inbound calls from interested homeowners and answer questions about bath, shower, and wall surround solutions
  3. Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners to explore product options
  4. Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude
  5. Educate, persuade, and close 40% conversion average

Requirements:

  • Must have (1)+ year of sales or outbound experience with overcoming objections, scheduling appointments, collections, door to door sales or similar relatable experience.
  • Call center, insurance call center will do well.
  • Assessment required pre-interview
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
