Job description

Appointment Setter

Remote | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We're an established manufacturer and supplier of custom aluminum and vinyl windows and doors, serving residential and light commercial markets across a 10-state region in the central United States. We built a strong reputation for quality products and reliable service. The company manufactures and distributes a wide range of products, including vinyl and aluminum windows, storm windows and doors, patio doors, basement windows, and specialty window solutions. We work with contractors, building material wholesalers, and window and door suppliers throughout its service area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The current campaigns are generating a strong volume of inbound leads and phone calls, but we are looking for someone who can take performance to the next level, generating more qualified leads and conversions from the same or increased ad spend. This role is ideal for a performance-driven media buyer who has hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns, particularly within the home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, remodeling, or other home services industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting homeowners interested in services such as roofing, windows, siding, remodeling, and other home improvements.

  • Manage multiple campaign formats, including lead generation funnels, survey-style campaigns, promotional video ads, and direct-response campaigns.

  • Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROAS/ROI.

  • Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and maximize the return on advertising spend.

  • Develop and execute strategies to scale and spend profitably while maintaining lead quality and acquisition efficiency.

  • Allocate budgets toward the highest-performing campaigns, audiences, and channels based on performance data.

  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations on campaign strategy and optimization.

  • Take ownership of the paid acquisition function and continuously identify new opportunities for growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.

  • Thinks beyond generating leads and focuses on generating qualified leads that turn into customers.

  • Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and lead generation funnels.

  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of campaign performance.

  • Has a proven track record of optimizing and scaling paid campaigns.

  • Constantly testing new audiences, creatives, offers, and strategies to improve results.

  • Understands how to balance growth, lead quality, and profitability.

  • Can clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the team.

  • Brings a growth mindset and is motivated by measurable business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying / paid acquisition experience.

  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Proven experience managing approximately $10K+ in monthly ad spend, with the ability to scale budgets as performance allows.

  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation campaigns and funnels.

  • Previous experience in home services, roofing, windows, siding, remodeling, construction, or similar industries is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.

  • Experience improving CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS/ROI.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.

  • A portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign results is strongly preferred.
