Honest Abe Roofing is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Terre Haute.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a call-center style environment, enjoys being on the phone throughout the day, and has the persistence to follow up with leads until they convert into scheduled appointments. Top candidates are confident handling objections, comfortable with difficult conversations, and motivated by helping customers while achieving performance goals.
This role begins as a high-performing inside sales agent, with the opportunity to grow into a team leadership position as our inside sales operation expands.
What You'll Do
Your mission is simple: turn incoming leads into scheduled roofing appointments for our sales team
Responsibilities include:
  • Answer inbound homeowner calls about roofing issues
  • Respond to online leads and schedule in-home appointments
  • Follow up with past inquiries that have not yet scheduled
  • Run nurturing campaigns through phone, text, and email
  • Professionally handle customer questions and occasional concerns
  • Track all interactions and outcomes in our CRM
  • Coordinate appointments with the outside sales team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to keep the sales pipeline moving

You will spend most of your day speaking with homeowners on the phone
