Position: Administrative Appointment Setter
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 hourly plus commission
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling painting estimate appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web leads professionally and
promptly.
Qualify prospective customers and schedule appointments for painting estimates.
Follow up with leads to maximize appointment conversion.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers and
sales representatives.
Track daily activities and meet individual and team performance goals.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
