Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high-activity sales role focused on outbound phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication with new leads, past customers, stale proposals, event leads, and online inquiries.
Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls every day.
  • Follow up on internet leads, event leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Contact existing customers to educate them about additional services.
  • Follow up on stale proposals and previously quoted projects.
  • Identify opportunities for solar, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and window projects.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Send text messages, emails, and other follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and management.
