This is a consultative style appointment setting position.  
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)  
  • Handle inbound inquiries 
  • Ask discovery questions and build rapport 
  • Educate prospects on our services 
  • Book same-day or next-day consultations 
  • Overcome objections confidently and professionally 
  • Maintain strong show rates 
  • Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Outbound call center experience preferred 
  • Comfortable in high-volume dialing 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Persuasive but professional 
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
