As a highly visible ambassador of the Live! brand, you build lasting relationships with players, ensuring each interaction is engaging, memorable, and aligned with our commitment to exceptional service. Your ability to understand guest preferences, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored experiences directly contributes to increasing rated play, maximizing guest satisfaction, and growing gaming revenues. By maintaining a strong presence on the casino floor and serving as a trusted point of contact, you help position Live! as the preferred destination for repeat visits and highvalue play. Through a combination of relationship management, strategic outreach, and a commitment to service excellence, you support the continued growth of our player base while reinforcing the welcoming, highenergy environment that defines the Live! experience.


Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Works with Management within budget for premium-rated players and VIP promotions.
  • Maintains visibility and availability on the casino floor in order to meet and greet guests during individual visits as well as special events.
  • Ensure guests have a favorable gaming experience through developing trust and confidence in their player development hosts.
  • Evaluate customerโ€™s play for comping needs.
  • Issues comps and complimentary items in accordance with property comp matrix, as necessary and authorized.
  • Responsible for managing and increasing rated play.
  • Communicate with premium/rated players through telemarketing, letter writing about available services, promotional opportunities, and special events.
  • Coordinates the lines of communication between guests and other departments to ensure quest satisfaction.
  • Coordinates, and implements player promotional plans, processes, and programs.
  • Review activities and promotional status with the Director/Vice President of Player Development.
  • Meet with departmental director and managers as necessary.
  • Supervise Casino Hosts.

Must-Haves:

  • Education:
    • High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • A four (4) year degree in Marketing, Business, and or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
    • Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality management and/or gaming.
    • Two (2) to four (4) yearsโ€™ experience in casino marketing, with direct customer contact preferably in the casino or hospitability industry.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
