Position: Executive Assistant to the Founder & Owner leading $60 Million Nutritional Supplements Company


Location: Middlesex, New Jersey (On-site only)


Status: Full-Time, In-Office (5 days per week)


About the Company

We are a fast-growing, privately held nutritional supplements company based in Middlesex, New Jersey, with approximately $60 million in annual revenue. Our founder and owner is hands-on and actively involved in strategic direction, operations, product development, and business growth. We are seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the founder directly.


Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical right-hand partner to the Founder & Owner. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will manage the founder’s busy schedule, handle confidential matters, coordinate high-priority projects, and occasionally support minor strategic initiatives. This is not a remote or hybrid position — daily on-site presence is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Founder’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and personal commitments
  • Act as gatekeeper for communications, prioritizing and handling incoming calls, emails, and requests
  • Prepare confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, industry events, and business travel
  • Support minor projects for the owner (research, vendor coordination, follow-ups, special initiatives)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and personal information
  • Handle personal and business errands as needed
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
  • Work closely with other members of the leadership team when required


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree) required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a founder, CEO, or C-level executive
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must live within a 45-minute drive of Middlesex, New Jersey (no exceptions)
  • On-site 5 days per week — this is not a remote or hybrid role


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly valued)
  • Experience in consumer goods, supplements, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Interest in health, wellness, or the nutritional industry
