Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant to COO
Pay: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As an Senior Executive Assistant to COO, you'll serve as a trusted partner to the COO, helping to manage high-level priorities, streamline communications, and support strategic business initiatives. You'll work closely with executive leadership to ensure operational efficiency and facilitate critical projects that contribute to the company's success.
What You'll Do
As an Senior Executive Assistant to COO, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and prioritizing a demanding executive calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, executive presentations, financial reports, and dashboards
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and high integrity
  • Tracking action items, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on commitments
  • Acting as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
