Job description

Position Summary:
The Executive Casino Host will be responsible for providing the highest level of
professional guest service to premium casino guests. Along with higher credit
authorization, the Executive Hosts will be very active in situation with premium players to
create, establish and develop relationships that results in return visits to Thunder Valley
Casino. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards,
policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:
1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “Winning Attitude”
company-wide culture and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all
times.
2. Cultivate slot and table game business.
3. Maintain a database of current Guests.
4. Develop new players, maintain existing players, and service all VIP level Guests.
5. Conduct behavior with the highest level of integrity and honesty.
6. Maintain close relationships with targeted Guests through personal contact.
7. Determine player eligibility of complimentary services by analyzing theoretical and win/loss ratings.
8. Maintain current Guest information to ensure the accuracy of the database.
9. Look for new marketing strategies, and remain abreast of changes in the gaming industry.
10. Assist in resolving Guest and Team Member disputes.
11. Provide input into the development and administration of policies promoting effective

Guest service.
12. Promote positive Guest relations.
13. Participate in special projects as assigned.
14. Maintain VIP Guest accounts with special attention to detail and confidentiality.
15. Follow up with Guests after departure and maintain contact to ensure return trips.
16. Tele-market Guests to promote special events and encourage future visits.
17. Meet event and concert quotas with coded Guests.
18. Review credit applications, consumer credit bureau information, gaming reports from
other casino properties, and other financial documentation to determine eligibility for
casino credit.
19. Make prudent decisions, within department guidelines, regarding complimentary
services.
20. Handle hotel, dinner and event reservations for Guests in an appropriate and
professional manner.
21. Apply effective verbal, written, telemarketing, and communication skills when dealing
with new and assigned Guests.
22. Attend special events to maintain relationships and ensure Guest service.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Five (5) years of experience as a Casino Host or Executive Host.
2. Previous experience in player development and casino credit is required.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with staff on-property to ensure the highest level of VIP service.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in
both written and verbal form.
7. Ability to maintain accurate lists and files regarding Guest activity.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Must be flexible when planning work schedules, hours worked, days off, holidays, and
special events.
10. Must be at least 21 years of age.
11. Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.
