Executive Assistant

Community Sports Partners is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team.

In this role, you'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle key administrative tasks that help drive our day-to-day operations forward. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays on top of the details, and can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. This role has extreme growth potential in a vibrant growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize day-to-day operations to help the organization run efficiently and effectively
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep priorities organized
  • Prepare emails, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate travel, including flights and accommodations
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and support meetings, events, and logistics
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records

What You Bring
