Job description

Who We Are
At Inclined, we're using technology to transform the 150-year-old life insurance market. We're focused on the $1T+ in cash value held in whole life insurance policies and addressing long-standing inefficiencies in how that capital is accessed.
Our platform provides a seamless, tech-enabled way for policyholders to access liquidity while preserving the tax advantages of their policies. We're a well-funded startup founded by leaders across fintech, SaaS, and insurance-including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire.
Account Executive (FinTech / SaaS)
We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth by building and scaling partnerships with financial professionals and advisory firms. This is a consultative, relationship-driven SaaS sales role focused on expanding platform adoption and delivering long-term customer value.
You will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and onboarding to expansion-and act as a trusted partner to your customers (financial advisors, their teams, and policyholders), helping them leverage Inclined's platform to better serve their clients.
What You'll Do
• Own and manage a full sales pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding and deepening existing accounts
• Lead a high-velocity, consultative sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and activation
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and group sessions to communicate platform value
• Build strong, long-term relationships with advisors and key stakeholders
• Act as a strategic advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Inclined's solutions
• Partner cross-functionally (Product, Advisor Success, Leadership) to relay feedback and influence roadmap decisions
• Identify opportunities to scale adoption within organizations through multi-threading and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems
• Stay current on product updates and effectively communicate new features and best practices
What We're Looking For
• 2-5+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech, or consultative B2B sales
• Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close deals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience with common sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED)
• Comfortable with outbound activity, including 200+ dials per month
• Experience with modern SaaS sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dialpad, Apollo, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude)
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Data-driven, with disciplined CRM and pipeline management habits
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Strong desire to win; scrappy, resourceful, and persistent in achieving goals
Nice to Have
• Experience selling into financial services or working with financial products
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel (~25-30%) for sales meetings, presentations, and events
Why You'll Love Working at Inclined
• Opportunity to help shape company culture and growth
• Competitive salary and equity package
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits
• Generous vacation and holiday policy
• 401(k) and education on retirement planning
Compensation:
Salary and performance-based commissions based on volume production relative to annual targets
