Head of Business Development-Fintech Sales

Salary and Bonus – Depends on Experience (Compensation is open)

  • Purpose: Grow and expand the banks presence in the Fintech world
  • Target Fintech companies and market the banks current products and services (treasury, needs and payment processing, merchant acquiring, card issuance, online lending, ACH, Wire Transfer, etc..)
  • Responsibilities: Report to the CEO on progressive sales as it relates to the business development and marketing oversight to Fintech customers
  • Be a strategic planner.
  • Increase and develop new banking relationships.
  • Build a strong referral network.
  • Manage Lending and Credit Approval processes
  • Risk and Compliance management
  • Maintain client portfolio – consistent follow up – client contact targets are CEO, CFO, COO, Presidents, Partners, etc..
