  • Deep expertise in SaaS finance, including subscription metrics, revenue recognition, ARR, customer economics, and financial modeling that connects operational performance to financial outcomes.
  • Experience with payments, fintech, or embedded finance, including net take rate, processor economics, interchange, and the operational workflows that drive billing, reconciliation, and gross margin.
  • Proven success building FP&A capabilities and financial infrastructure in a scaling business, including board reporting, fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, and investor support.
  • Systems oriented with experience improving financial reporting, KPI visibility, data quality, and business processes while partnering effectively with outsourced accounting firms and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across the leadership team, present to the board and investors, and translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights.
