Your team
You will be working with UBS Financial Services - specifically UBS's Corporate Cash Management Group (CCMG) in Chicago, IL. UBS's Corporate Cash Management Group specializes in delivering separately managed fixed income investment programs for institutional investors.
Your expertise
1. Calendar & Scheduling Management
Coordinate and maintain the team's master calendar, ensuring efficient time allocation for internal priorities and client meetings.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
2. Expense & Budget Administration
Process and submit business expenses in accordance with compliance and corporate policies for five Financial Advisors.
Track team budget allocations, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
3. Team Business Manager support
-Work with team management to plan, coordinate, and execute travel coordination for team members to meet with clients and attend events across the country.
Work with team management to train and onboard interns throughout the year to support team business needs.
4. Marketing & Digital Presence
Maintain and update the team's marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Oversee website and LinkedIn presence, post timely updates and managing content calendars.
6. Events & Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute client and team events from concept to completion.
Send out all client gifts and maintain inventory for client gifting.
7. Operations (35% of the role)
Work with our operations department to execute buy/sells for money market purchases, open new accounts and support operations lead to all operational duties needed by the team.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Illinois - Chicago min USD 60000 - max USD 70000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
