Key Responsibilities


As Executive Chef, you will:

  • Lead all culinary operations with creativity, precision, and passion
  • Mentor and develop a talented kitchen team

  • Manage back-of-house operations, including inventory control and food cost management


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Current ServSafe Certification
  • Current Allergy Certification
