Job description

Key responsibilities
Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans?
We're looking for an Associate Market Executive to:
• act as a deputy to the Market Head in the daily management of the Market
• develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
• run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
• assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
• serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities

You will work as part of a collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations, and Administrative leaders. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advisor experience, driving market performance, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring consistent execution of firm priorities across the Los Angeles Market.
Your skills and experience
• ideally 5-10 years of experience within the wealth management industry
• proven leadership experience
• series 7, 66, and 9/10
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Los Angeles min USD 120000 - max USD 160000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
