Executive Assistant

SUMMARY / DUTIES:
  • Executive Assistant needed to provide onsite administrative support for the CME and CFO.
  • This is an executive-facing role requiring strong calendar management, professional presence, and the ability to coordinate across leaders, Executive Assistants, assistants, and large stakeholder groups.
  • Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing PowerPoint materials, coordinating logistics, communicating with internal teams, and helping executives stay organized and supported.
  • The role requires someone who is comfortable working with senior leaders, can manage competing priorities, and can provide reliable, polished administrative support in a hospital environment.
  • Current managers are described as collaborative and easy to work with but need strong day-to-day executive support.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Strong calendar management experience, including complex executive calendaring
  • Experience coordinating meetings for large groups and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work with other Executive Assistants and administrative support teams
  • Proficiency in scheduling, meeting coordination, and executive communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain a polished, executive-facing presence
