Position Summary

Conti LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the construction, engineering, industrial, or project-based environment and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing schedules, communications, travel arrangements, meetings, and special projects while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for executive leadership.
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, appointments, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, responding or escalating as appropriate.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic travel, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, industrial services, manufacturing, or related industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or company owners.
  • Familiarity with construction project documentation and contracts.
  • Experience using Procore, Viewpoint, CMiC, Vista, or similar construction management software.
