Job description

Senior Executive Assistant
Duration: 5 Months+ contract with possibility of extension and FTE
Location: Battle Creek, MI 49017
Shift: 8am-5pm
This position is Hybrid, but very close to Fully Remote. (a day or two in the office over the course of the engagement).
Job Description:
  • Provide excellent administrative support to Kellan ova's Chief Marketing Officer and team.
  • Timely calendar and task management in a dynamic environment.
  • Providing clear correspondence as necessary to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely expense reports and PO requests.
  • Planning/coordinating marketing team meetings, town halls and events.
  • Understanding and upholding company procedures and practices.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized Willing to go the extra mile Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adaptability to a fast-paced environment Project management and experience booking travel and planning offsite events Ability to obtain sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with Concur expense reporting and travel is a bonus, but not required.
  • At least 5 years of administrative support, with at least two supporting a C-suite level executive.
