Executive Assistant – Family Office - Birmingham, MI

An accomplished Executive & Personal Assistant is sought to support a high-profile principal and busy family office in Birmingham, Michigan. Office is based within the family’s home. This is a fast-paced, full-time, on-site position requiring a polished professional who thrives in a confidential, ever-changing environment.



The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience supporting C-suite executives or ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a proven ability to manage complex calendars (G Suite), oversee demanding inboxes, coordinate luxury domestic and international travel, and handle a wide range of personal, household, and philanthropic responsibilities. Candidates with a high-end hospitality background and comparable experience will also be considered.



Success in this role requires outstanding computer skills, impeccable discretion, outstanding organizational and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities. A bachelor's degree is preferred. We are particularly interested in candidates who currently live in the Metro Detroit area or have strong local ties. $90,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
