  • Enterprise Leadership Across Services:
    Leads multiple departments including clinical services, public health, elder care, and social services ensuring they operate cohesively and deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Strategy, Operations & Performance:
    Drives long-term planning and day-to-day execution, including program development, operational oversight, and performance evaluation to ensure services are efficient, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Regulatory & Policy Oversight:
    Navigates and applies complex state and federal regulations, ensuring all programs remain compliant while adapting to evolving healthcare and social service standards.
  • Team & Organizational Leadership:
    Oversees a large, multi-layered leadership team, fostering collaboration across departments and holding leaders accountable for outcomes, staff development, and service delivery.
  • Financial & Resource Management:
    Manages budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support sustainable operations and continued growth of services.
