This leadership role is responsible for developing and managing a team of approximately 15 Retail and Event Marketing Representatives (and growing) while driving lead generation performance through retail partnerships, community events, and local marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • As the Retail & Events Manager, you'll lead the daily operations, performance, and development of our retail and event marketing team while ensuring exceptional execution across every location and event.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 Marketing Representatives, with continued team growth expected
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews

Retail & Event Operations

  • Manage staffing schedules for retail locations and weekend events
  • Coordinate event logistics, setup, breakdown, inventory, and promotional materials
  • Maintain operational excellence while creating engaging customer experiences
Performance & Business Results
  • Own team performance and key marketing KPIs
  • Monitor lead generation, appointment quality, productivity, and conversion metrics
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and coaching opportunities
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, lead quality, and overall team results
  • Ensure accurate CRM reporting and operational documentation
  • Drive a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience leading teams in retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
