We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Event Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate functions, fundraisers, and promotional activities
  • Support event setup, registration, guest services, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with vendors for catering, banquet services, and other event requirements
  • Engage with attendees to promote brand awareness and enhance customer experience
  • Manage event budgets and assist with contracts and negotiations with suppliers and venues
  • Upsell products or services during events to maximize revenue opportunities
