Capital NYC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. This role will support the planning and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and event staff to ensure all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure events stay on track.
  • Handle event-related communications, including guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
  • Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event breakdown.
