The Role
We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Events Manager to join our Global Events team. In this role, you'll plan and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, customer events, internal meetings, and webinars.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of event management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional attendee experiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive stakeholders to bring events to life while supporting broader team operations and processes.
This role reports to the Director of Global Events and requires travel of up to 50-60%, based on business needs.
What You'll Do
Event Planning & Execution:
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Develop project plans with timelines, estimated spend and desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with various third-party vendors (ie conference venues, promotional services, catering, booth agency) to ensure proper execution.
  • Support on-site event execution and problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align events with business goals.
  • Serve as a primary contact for vendors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Communicate project updates and key milestones throughout the event lifecycle.

Budget & Operations Management:
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and support post-event reconciliation.
  • Negotiate vendor and venue contracts.
  • Effectively manage the procurement and contracting process
  • Maintain event documentation and operational processes.

Event Performance & Attendee Experience:
  • Deliver engaging experiences that reflect our brand and business objectives.
  • Manage registration, attendee communications, and guest services.
  • Measure event success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years of event planning, event marketing, or event management experience.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, customer events, conferences, and virtual programs.
