    • Create run-of-show materials, coordinate vendors, and ensure inclusive participation for in-person and remote attendees.
    • Manage hotel accommodations, outings, menu coordination as well as on-site logistics in partnership with the Director of People Operations
    • Curate every event, with relevant stakeholder feedback, to grow the culture of Flourish's teams and to create meaningful avenues for connection and team development.
    • Manage travel budgets and processes, fielding inquiries or specific travel requests in alignment with Flourish guidelines.
    • Manage each event budget with excellence and hold teams accountable for budget related to travel, purchases, etc.
  • Develop & Run Celebrations
    • Own and evolve celebrations such as work anniversaries, key milestones, and peer recognition opportunities.
    • Build lightweight, repeatable processes that scale as the company grows, including budget and departmental partnerships.
  • Deliver Synchronous & Asynchronous Programming
    • Build a year-round calendar of training, development, and wellness events in partnership with the Director of People Ops and in support of the clinical programming team.
    • Create a mix of live sessions (workshops, panels, etc.) and asynchronous experiences (self-paced modules, guided challenges, team chat discussion prompts).
    • Coordinate presenters, materials, comms, and post-event resources.
    • Be ready to jump in and lead trainings or teambuilding activities as needed.
    • Pilot new ways to build connection both synchronously and asynchronously.
    • Ensure programs are accessible across time zones and work patterns.
  • Measure and Improve Engagement
    • Run pulse surveys and collect feedback after offsites, key programs, and at regular intervals related to the employee experience.
    • Monitor attendance and engagement trends across events and experiences.
    • Conduct needs assessments across teams to identify pain points and opportunity for growth or increased connection
    • Synthesize insights and recommend improvements, testing new approaches to increase participation and impact.
  • Support Communications with a Diverse, Inclusive Team
    • Partner with key leaders and the Director of People Ops to craft clear, timely, and consistent internal messaging for cultural moments, events, and programs.
    • Act as a thought partner across diverse teams to build the company culture and to honor a wide range of employee backgrounds, cultures, and values.
  • Other Duties
    • While the primary focus of this role is events and culture building, there will be times when this role provides additional support to the People Operations department as needed and assigned
    • Be willing to jump in to support the People Ops department during company audits, periods of team absences, or with administrative duties and projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
