Your Impact

As an Events Coordinator with Hungerford, you'll bring structure, consistency, and execution excellence to the firm's event portfolio. This role supports business development, strengthens referral relationships, enhances brand visibility, and contributes to a high-quality employee experience through well-executed events. You'll lead planning and execution across both external marketing and business development events, as well as internal firm events, partnering closely with marketing, business development, human resources, and practice teams. From planning through execution and performance tracking, your work will ensure each event aligns with firm priorities and delivers measurable value.


How You Will Add Value

  • Build and manage the firm's annual events calendar across internal and external events
  • Plan and execute client events, referral mixers, conferences, and sponsorship activations
  • Serve as a host for events, creating a professional and engaging experience for guests
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, invitations, and on-site execution
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event follow-up tracking
  • Support internal events (e.g., holiday party, tax season celebration, employee initiatives) in partnership with HR
  • Oversee Van Andel Arena suite scheduling, guest experience, and event coordination
  • Track event performance and provide insights to improve ROI and future planning
