Flexjet and its portfolio of luxury brands are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Event Manager to elevate the company’s global brand presence through thoughtfully curated, high-touch events and experiences.

This role is responsible for the strategic planning and flawless execution of owner engagement, prospecting, brand, philanthropic, and internal events that strengthen customer loyalty, enhance brand affinity, generate qualified leads, and reinforce Flexjet's position as a leader in luxury private aviation.

The Event Manager serves as a steward of hospitality and brand experience, bringing creativity, precision, discretion, and exceptional service to every interaction. From intimate owner engagements and aircraft showcases to large-scale galas, luxury lifestyle experiences, and internal celebrations, this role ensures every event reflects the highest standards of excellence associated with the Flexjet family of brands.

Working closely with the Director of Lifestyle, VP of Global Marketing, global event teams, EMEA marketing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Event Manager will translate strategic business objectives into memorable brand experiences that create lasting relationships and measurable business impact.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with the Director of Lifestyle and VP of Global Marketing to develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned with global marketing and brand objectives.
  • Lead events from concept through completion, including:
    • Aircraft showcases
    • Owner events
    • Global Sponsorships
    • Prospecting events
    • Luxury lifestyle collaborations
    • Influencer engagements
    • Internal celebrations
    • Philanthropic and fundraising galas
  • Develop event timelines, production schedules, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
  • Coordinate all logistics including venue selection, vendor management, transportation, catering, entertainment, gifting, and guest experience.
  • Oversee on-site execution to ensure exceptional service delivery and flawless event operations.
  • Ensure every event consistently reflects Flexjet's luxury positioning and brand standards.
Client Experience & Hospitality
  • Deliver world-class hospitality experiences for owners, prospects, partners, and VIP guests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related communications, schedules, credentials, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Flexjet owners and key stakeholders through thoughtful and personalized experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience.
Project & Budget Management
  • Manage event budgets from planning through reconciliation, ensuring responsible stewardship of company resources.
  • Track expenses, forecasts, and event ROI metrics.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, sponsorship agreements, and service arrangements to maximize value and business impact.
  • Prepare and present event plans, executive briefings, post-event recaps, and performance results to senior leadership.
  • Develop quarterly and annual event reporting, including attendee engagement, lead generation, retention impact, and overall event effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, luxury brand partners, venues, sponsorship partners, and promotional vendors.
  • Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct site visits and planning meetings to ensure operational excellence.
  • Direct vendors, production teams, and event staff during on-site execution.
Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative Services,, Sales, Owner Services, and Operations teams.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns through experiential activations and branded events.
  • Partner with internal creative teams on invitations, event branding, signage, collateral, and digital assets.
  • Ensure alignment between event experiences and broader business objectives.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to luxury event production.
  • Manage promotional merchandise inventories and event materials.
  • Support additional marketing, brand, and business initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain detailed event documentation, processes, and reporting systems.
QUALIFICATIONS Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Luxury Brand Management, Event Management, Fashion Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in event management, hospitality, luxury brand management, or project management are a plus.
Experience
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience managing high-end, brand-driven events.
  • Experience within luxury aviation, hospitality, fashion, jewelry, automotive, art, travel, or premium lifestyle industries preferred.
  • Experience engaging ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals strongly preferred.
  • Proven success executing complex events that require impeccable attention to detail, brand stewardship, and exceptional service.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong budget management and financial oversight capabilities.
  • Advanced contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with VIP clients, executive leadership, and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess event performance and ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly resourceful problem solver with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Professional presence with the ability to represent the brand confidently and diplomatically.
  • Experience working with creative teams including design, social media, digital, and content production.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
