As our Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in promoting and coordinating fundraising events, catering services, banquets, and our wholesale bakery route. You'll work closely with clients and our restaurant team to ensure every event is organized, executed flawlessly, and leaves guests with an unforgettable experience.


What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and promote fundraising events, catering services, banquets, and the wholesale bakery route.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication from initial inquiry through event completion.
  • Plan and coordinate all event logistics, ensuring client expectations are met with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work closely with restaurant staff and management to communicate event details and ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all food, equipment, and event materials are prepared, loaded, delivered, and set up accurately and on schedule.
  • Respond promptly to catering, banquet, and fundraising inquiries by phone and email, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding event details, updates, and any changes leading up to their event.
  • Conduct post-event reviews with supervisors and staff to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
