The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Manage and perform clerical duties and distribute information within the company

Manage meeting and event planning, coordination, preparation, and facility set up/tear down

Manage supply inventories, process charges, create spreadsheets
-
Manage product inventory
-
Assist with common-area organization and hospitality tasks
-
Assist with general office and technology support and troubleshooting issues as needed
-
Prepare presentation materials and monitor electronic communications
-
Back up other positions in company
-
Grow in knowledge of company and software to eventually train other employees

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate with others and analyze and solve problems effectively

High proficiency with Excel, Word, Access

Ability to accommodate additional or alternative tasks and efficiently shift priorities to meet deadlines and action items

Able to work comfortably and independently effectively and with minimal supervision

Ability to pay close attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds
