Administrative Assistant New Berlin, WI

Description

International Monetary Systems is a business to business sales company that is looking for motivated talent. This position offers a great work/life balance.

The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and perform clerical duties and distribute information within the company

  • Manage meeting and event planning, coordination, preparation, and facility set up/tear down

  • Manage supply inventories, process charges, create spreadsheets

  • Manage product inventory

  • Assist with common-area organization and hospitality tasks

  • Assist with general office and technology support and troubleshooting issues as needed

  • Prepare presentation materials and monitor electronic communications

  • Back up other positions in company

  • Grow in knowledge of company and software to eventually train other employees

What you need to be successful:

  • Self-awareness, resourcefulness, reliability, and responsibility, with a commitment to bring your best daily

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate with others and analyze and solve problems effectively

  • High proficiency with Excel, Word, Access

  • Discern priorities, anticipate needs, and identify potential issues and scheduling conflicts

  • Ability to accommodate additional or alternative tasks and efficiently shift priorities to meet deadlines and action items

  • Able to work comfortably and independently effectively and with minimal supervision

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
