Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Consultant II will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client's business processes and information technology.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements across sales, marketing, service, and operational needs under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Project Manager.

  • Assist in client CRM projects through assigned phases or workstreams, including sales, planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support, while following established project plans and methodologies.

  • Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications, user stories, and configuration designs for assigned solution components.

  • Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and related applications, including creation and execution of test scripts and support of user acceptance testing in coordination with project leadership.

  • Demonstrate completed functionality to internal team members and clients, and support end-user training and documentation for implemented features with review and support from senior team members

  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and client stakeholders, escalating risks, scope concerns, and timeline issues to project leadership as needed.

  • Mentor Consultant I team members through knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance, supporting their technical and professional development.

  • Provide urgent on-site or remote support when critical issues arise, coordinated with project leadership.

  • Support business development efforts through scoping, configuring, and demonstrating the CRM solution and other marketing efforts through events, webinars, whitepapers, and blogging

  • Assist in the development of work plans, proposals, and engagement letters in preparation of client projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience with software implementations , defining business requirements, business process management and client relationship management

  • 2+ years of Business Analysis experience

  • Experience with software troubleshooting and testing

  • Solid understanding of logical data modeling

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies

  • Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM product suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing

  • Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio concepts

  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM certifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Economics, or other related field of study.
