What you will be doing

· Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution for corporate meetings, weddings, and social events

· Partner with clients, sales managers, and vendors to understand needs and turn visions into detailed event plans

· Develop and manage event timelines, diagrams, BEOs, and on-site logistics

· Coordinate with the culinary, banquet, AV, and front office teams to ensure flawless event execution

· Manage event budgets, billing, and post-event reporting

· Serve as the on-site contact for clients during events, providing hands-on leadership and problem-solving

· Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and local organizations

Position Requirements

· 2+ years of event management experience in a hotel, venue, or professional setting required

· Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience interpreting and creating BEOs, floor plans, timelines, and contracts

· A collaborative spirit with a passion for hospitality.

· Proficiency in event software (Delphi, Opera, Social Tables, or similar) a plus

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
