  • Provide genuine and extraordinary service to all guests inquiring about an event.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to upsell and book events.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve efficiency of events.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and memorable experiences.
