Movable Ink is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of our growing event portfolio, from our flagship Think Summit conferences to field events and industry tentpoles like Shoptalk and Salesforce Connections. You'll be at the center of how Movable Ink shows up in the market, shaping experiences that bring our brand to life for customers and prospects in rooms where deals get done. The role will be reporting to our Associate Director of Audience Engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute Movable Ink's portfolio of owned, field, and third-party sponsored events, including Think Summit NYC, Think Summit EU, and industry conferences.
  • Manage and collaborate on end-to-end event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, shipping, staffing plans, signage, swag, and on-site execution
  • Partner with the broader Growth Marketing team to drive event registration and attendance, targeting 80%+ attendance rates for owned events
  • Coordinate with sales teams pre- and post-event to ensure lead capture, follow-up workflows, and pipeline attribution are executed on time
  • Collaborate with content marketing and design to develop event collateral and materials, ensuring delivery on brief and on deadline
  • Maintain and continuously improve event playbooks, templates, and project timelines to increase repeatability across the events program

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B event marketing
  • Experience managing event logistics end-to-end, from planning through on-site execution and post-event wrap
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at different stages simultaneously
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, comfortable partnering with sales, design, content, and external vendors
  • Familiarity with Bizzabo, Salesforce, and Marketo is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed

The base pay range for this position is $90,000-$110,000/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
