Job description

Earn $18-$20/hr + Up to $50 per Lead \u007C Part-Time Event Sales Rep

Join Window Nation's event marketing team and represent us at local events, festivals, and home shows.

You’ll be on your feet engaging attendees, generating leads, and earning commission throughout each event. 


Where We’re Hiring:
 
Greater Columbus area (Franklin and Delaware Counties) + surrounding communities (Worthington, Westerville, Dublin, Powell, Clintonville, North Columbus)
What You'll Do:
 
  • Talk to event attendees and start conversations
  • Identify homeowners and set qualified appointments
  • Work toward lead goals and earn commission
  • Set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)
 
 
What You Get:

Part-Time Schedule:
 
  • 10–30 hours/week
  • Availability to work some evenings + weekends required

Requirements:
 
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Comfortable talking to people all day
  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Able to stand 6–8 hours at an event, with or without accommodations
  • Able to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
  • Prior customer-facing or sales experience is a plus
 

Base pay rate = $18.00 per hour + uncapped commissions (up to $50 per lead)
