Description

The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of firmwide marketing, events, and business development initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the marketing team, attorneys, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic marketing and business development team. This position will be based in our downtown St. Petersburg office with occasional travel to our Tampa and Sarasota offices as needed.
 

Key Responsibilities Include:
Events & Client Experience
Partner with the events team to coordinate firm events including Food Days, Spring Fling, team-building events, and Holiday Lunch
Coordinate logistics with venues and catering vendors, including contract review and execution support
Support client experience initiatives including ticket management for firm loge box and sporting events
 

Marketing & Content Production
Design and develop graphics, advertisements, one-pagers, and presentation materials
Ensure all materials align with firm brand standards
Assist with social media content and scheduling 


CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update firm contact, client, and matter records
Track and manage sponsorships, memberships, and conference participation
Maintain marketing inventory and manage internal requests
 

Administrative & Operational Support
Schedule meetings using Outlook, Zoom, and related platforms
Prepare materials for meetings and presentations
Coordinate internal communications and project tracking
 

Ticket Management
Manage ticket requests and allocations for clients
Track usage and maintain reporting
Transfer tickets via Ticketmaster and MLB platforms
Experience with InviteManager preferred 

Requirements

 Qualifications:
1-3 years of marketing, events, or administrative experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in professional services or legal environment
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic graphic design capabilities
