Job Title: CRM MARKETING MANAGER

Schedule: Hybrid-Max 3 days/week

GENERAL FUNCTION

The CRM Campaign Manager leads brand-building marketing based on a comprehensive understanding of the consumer, competition, business goals, and dynamics; and the ability to bring this to life via marketing expertise and cross-functional leadership. Manages customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty efforts from strategic planning through implementation for one of our retail Brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Marketing Manager is a results-driven critical thinker who embraces innovation and is a self-starter.
  • The Marketing Manager will display a passion for the brand, be highly collaborative and effective at working cross-functionally to achieve business goals and results.
  • He/she must possess an in-depth understanding of brand marketing principles to deliver marketing initiatives from a brand-right, customer point of view.
  1. Brand Leadership. Ability to articulate a clear vision of the brand initiatives that inspire a shared vision among partners. Ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement points.
  2. Initiative Development & Implementation. Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives. Collaborate and partner with both internal & external cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement touch points.
  3. New Idea Development. Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives as appropriate based on opportunities, consumer insights and industry trends.
  4. Marketing Analysis. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives.
  5. 5. Team Development. Manage, motivate and develop team members.

Required skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and experience with CRM campaign execution, proofing and QA
  • Solid SQL and data analysis capabilities, including the ability to independently develop and validate targeting logic
  • Experience working with tools such as Unica, Responsys and Google BigQuery; Figma experience would also be a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and independently troubleshoot issues
  • Proactive communication and a strong sense of ownership
