We're recruiting on behalf of a growing event marketing and promotions company that partners with nationally recognized brands to deliver engaging retail promotions, live events, customer acquisition campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives throughout the Cincinnati area.

Whether you're starting your career or transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, this entry-level opportunity provides full training and clear opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences while representing client brands at promotional events and retail locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Represent nationally recognized brands at live events and promotional campaigns
  • Engage customers through friendly face-to-face conversations
  • Promote products, services, and current campaigns
  • Assist with event setup, registrations, and customer participation
  • Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service
  • Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
  • Work closely with teammates to achieve campaign goals
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand image
