St. James Place in Beaver Creek is hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician!
This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in property maintenance while working in one of Colorado's premier mountain communities. You'll help keep guest areas, buildings, and equipment in good working order through routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs.
What You'll Do Includes:
  • Complete routine inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs throughout the property.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building-related issues.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and urgent situations with a focus on safety and timely resolution.
  • Support installation, assembly, and upkeep of equipment and facility components.
  • Keep maintenance areas, tools, and storage spaces clean, organized, and ready for use.

Work Location: St. James Place, Beaver Creek
Job Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $23 - $27/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

A strong team player with clear communication skills, you deliver great service while staying adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented. You're physically able to lift, climb, and work in a variety of environments and comfortable using a phone or tablet to manage daily tasks. Related maintenance training, an apprenticeship, or certification(s) is preferred but not required for this entry level position, along with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
