We're looking for a Leasing Consultant who's ready to drive results, build strong resident relationships, and help take our communities to the next level. What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of your community - building connections with prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes, and guiding them through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease. You'll partner closely with your Property Manager and Maintenance team to create an exceptional resident experience while helping your property meet and exceed its financial goals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

This is an entry-level sales role with full training provided. We're looking for energetic, motivated people who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow.

  • Entry-level; no prior leasing experience required
  • Sales or office experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to commute to and from work reliably
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Full-time availability: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (4 weekdays) and most Saturdays 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
