Job description

Description:

Build a career worth owning.

At Heritage Hill Property Management, we're on a growth journey — with a strategic goal of acquiring 1–2 new multifamily properties every quarter for the next several years. That means new Leasing Consultant opportunities will be opening regularly, and we're building a talent pipeline now so we can connect with strong candidates as our portfolio expands. While this posting is not for an immediate opening, it's your chance to join our network and be among the first we reach out to when future roles go live — and to get a look at where this role can take you.

This isn't just a leasing job — it's the first step on a real career ladder. Our Sales Path to Leadership takes you from Leasing Consultant all the way to Director of Property Management in six steps, with a raise at every one and total pay potential up to $125,000+ as you grow.

Why This Role Matters

The Leasing Consultant (LC) plays a pivotal role in the success of each community. You'll partner with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to optimize property performance while creating a positive experience for residents. For investors, your work directly impacts leasing results and overall financial success.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay
  • Full health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) starting the 1st of the month after your start date
  • 401(k) with 3% company match
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Growth Opportunities: A clear path from Leasing Consultant to Property Manager and beyond, with opportunity for paid certifications and professional development that unlock each new level
  • Bonus Pay: Once you reach Property Manager, earn bonus pay based on how your property performs — plus extra rewards for growing with us long-term
  • Rent discount potential

 Why Join Us?

  • A real career ladder — not just a job, but a path toward Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Director of Property Management
  • Total pay potential up to $125,000+ as you grow, plus commissions and/or bonus pay at each level
  • A supportive, collaborative team
  • Help create exceptional living experiences and make a positive impact
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level friendly! Prior leasing experience not required, but certainly welcomed
  • Sales, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED minimum
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to commute to the property and pass a background check
  • Availability for full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM)

If you're eager to grow your career in real estate and leasing, this is your opportunity to get on our radar. Apply today to join our candidate pipeline, and let's stay connected as Heritage Hill continues expanding — property by property, quarter by quarter.
