Job description

Preparation of all necessary products for Grill, Market, Sun Deck, and Banquets. Baking of all breads, muffins, breakfast pastries, desserts and other bakery products and cookies.
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.
  • Supply all areas with necessary products for daily production
  • Maintain all items at proper par stock levels
  • Set up all desserts for banquets
  • Handle all special requests as specified by Chef and Sous Chef
  • Keep area neat and orderly, containers properly labeled, dated and rotated. Coolers need to be clean and organized.
  • Proper requisitioning of all items for daily production
