Position Summary
The Pastry Cook III is an entry-level culinary position designed for individuals beginning their professional pastry career. This role supports the pastry team in daily production, preparation, organization, and sanitation while developing foundational pastry skills under the guidance of senior pastry chefs.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of basic pastry items, breads, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Follow standardized recipes and production sheets accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
  • Support daily service preparation an plating dishes.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Culinary or pastry education is a plus but not required.
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
